If desiccants are a part of your packaging,
forget everything you ever thought you knew about them!

REVOLUTIONARY NEW DESICCANT TECHNOLOGY!

In a revolutionary new technological breakthrough, CSP Technologies., an ISO 9001 Company, has developed a unique process to integrate desiccants, silica gel and others, into product packaging.  This unique proprietary technology has patents pending worldwide.

Vials and containers with co-injected desiccant linings are air-tight and leak-proof.  CSP Technologies' products are sterile by process and are available in any size or color. Desiccant sheets inserted into your packaging insure "product-around" protection.  Material is produced in various sizes, thickness, and formulations to meet your needs.

Desiccant film delivered in a variety of widths to meet your specifications can also be supplied with adhesive backing.  Film can be made to change color from blue to pink, when adsorbed capacity is reached and reveal a written cautionary  message. Custom injection-molded shapes from tablets, wafers, and beads, to any form that meets your specific needs.  Adsorption rates, capacities, and colors can be varied to insure the stability of your products.

CSP produces vials, canisters, containers, film, string, sheets, trays and strips, or any injection-molded product with adsorption capabilities for distribution throughout the U.S., Europe, parts of Asia, and Australia.  CSP's materials meet FDA requirements and can be tailored to meet your specific adsorption rate and capacity needs.

CSP is a vertically integrated design and engineering company specializing in desiccant delivery systems, air-tight, leak-proof containers, and custom development of plastic products and systems for the food, drug, electronic, and packaging industries.  CSP's capabilities lie in our experience in desiccant fabrication, injection molding, custom mold design, film extrusion, and high-speed packaging.

CSP engineers the polymers to control small molecule transport through the materials. The underlying proprietary enabling technology allows for the creation of a microscopic co-continuous interconnecting channel morphology throughout a solid polymer structure. These channels provide pathways that facilitate migration of substances through the polymer, thus enabling a host of exciting new applications, including: Polymers which preferentially absorb, scavenge or emit desired small molecules (e.g. Moisture, CO2, O2) Materials which facilitate or retard the transport of one or more substances Polymers with novel electric or ionic transport properties. In a revolutionary new technological breakthrough, desiccants can now be integrated directly into plastics and molded or shaped into any product form with variable GºBrption rates and capacities.
